Still's
Kennel was Established in 1999,
but
we didn't start out as Still's Kennel.
We
were first known as Snow Blue Horizon Kennel, which was ran by myself, Lori Still & a partner (can't name)...... after
a simple misunderstanding, we decided it was best that we go our seperate ways in the Dog World. (There's a reason why I'm
still in the Dog World and he isn't)
Instead
of fighting for my rights to the kennel name, I decided to let him have it, and decided to start my kennel under a new name....
which set me back alot, because Snow Blue Horizon Kennel had become very well known & very highly recommended...... or
so I was told after a year later...... but I went through a few kennel names, such as "Zodiac Kennel, Gemini Kennel, &
Gemini 2 Gemini Kennel."
Finally,
I decided to just give my kennel my name and that's how we have
Still's
Kennel.
We
are originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but after Hurricane Katrina (2005), we were forced to relocate and decided to
keep our main kennel here in EL Dorado, Arkansas. We still have a few dogs in New Orleans, that is co-owned with family......
we also have some dogs placed on co-ownership throughout Arkansas. (& looking to spread to other states)

From
the very beginning I have only been interested in breeding to improve the breed standard...... and haven't become victim to
following the "breeding trends" of some.
I'm
a Registered Veterinary Techinican & Animal Care Specialist!! I believe in ONLY the best care for our animals..
Updated History on 9-8-11:
Kennel main home is now located in West Monroe, LA.
I am now a LPN with 2kids that our dogs & pups are raised around...
